Last night Kanye West delivered us a very unique and quite interesting show and album/collection reveal. I was really impressed at the show as a whole and most importantly some of the songs that were featured on the new album. I’m a huge of fan Kanye… as a musician, but for his clothes I still think he has some things to work on (aside for maybe his Yeezy boosts ). But we’re not here for the show, we’re here to talk about the clothes and what Kanye has in store for us in YEEZY Season 3.
The results of the last post in what you all thought of Kanyes collection so far…
Now many of you were not too impressed by his clothes and after heading to twitter after the livestream people had mixed views although most of the attention was more on the album and some of the guests. But anyway, here’s a glimpse of the men’s YEEZY Season 3 lookbook.
From looking at the preview of the upcoming collection we can see that it follows pretty much the same style and cuts as the last two, continuing with the military/oversized look using very dark and earthy colours. Like the first two collections, I really like the tones used and even some of the cuts and silhouettes of a few pieces but overall this just isn’t something I can see myself in aside from some of the outerwear pieces and a sweater, YEEZY season 3 again fails to impress me. As for his shoes he seems to have come back with the Pirate black 350’s and what appears to be the moonrocks but with what looks to be a stripe on the side of the shoe… not sure about that Ye. During his presentation Kanye had said that he promises that the Yeezys will be cheaper and Adidas will be upping the quantity, will that be the same for his clothes perhaps? We’ll just have to wait and see, so what did you guys think of his latest line of clothing or his show as a whole? Comment below what you all thought!
